The Wolverton COVID-19 Safety

To continue to protect our patients and staff at this time we have procedures in place to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission within the clinic.

When booking an appointment you will be asked to confirm that you currently:
    • have no COVID-19 symptoms (new persistent cough, change or loss of taste or smell, a high temperature)
    • have not been told to self-isolate or quarantine due to COVID-19 contact or travel

If you do have symptoms or have been told to self-isolate or quarantine please let us know so we can organise how best to provide your care.

On arrival at The Wolverton you will be met at the door and asked to:
    • sanitise your hands
    • have your temperature taken
    • wear a face mask (we are aware that not all individuals are able to wear a mask. Please be prepared to tell us if you can’t – we won’t ask you why)

We are no longer able to run a walk in service. Please do not attend the service without calling first. If you do attend the service during our call centre opening times without an appointment you will be assessed for emergency care and safety and then assisted to book a future appointment for an appropriate time.
