Confidentiality and consent to medical care

If you visit The Wolverton for a face-to-face appointment you may be offered an examination or be asked to have some tests. You have the right to refuse any examination or test offered to you.

A chaperone will be offered for all intimate examinations.

We are no longer able to run a walk in service. Please do not attend the service without calling first. If you do attend the service during our call centre opening times without an appointment you will be assessed for emergency care and safety and then assisted to book a future appointment for an appropriate time.
